S1 E19: Miss Mystic Falls

Season 1 Episode 19: Miss Mystic Falls

Content Warning: Language, Innuendo, Violence

This is one of my all time favorite episodes (especially in regards to my ship) but all of my favorite moments aside Stefan is not doing so well in this episode:
  1. Stefan seems like he is doing better but that is because he is downing a whole lot of human blood. He has a whole storage thing full of it
  2. Damon confronts Anna thinking she is taking all of this blood from the blood bank but she says it is not them. He figures out it is Stefan
  3. Bonnie is back and barely talks to Elena and won't look at Stefan
  4. Damon confronts Stefan about his new hobby but Stefan evades it. But then Damon catches him in the act
  5. Elena is participating in the Miss Mystic Falls pageant thing and Stefan will be escorting her
  6. Stefan refuses to acknowledge that he has a serious problem
  7. John is looking for Pearl so he can find something she took from Jonathan Gilbert
  8. Bonnie thinks her grandma died for nothing because all of the tomb vampires escaped and blames Stefan and Damon. 
  9. Damon talks to Anna about finding what John wants
  10. Jeremy questions John about the Gilbert journals and he finds out nothing
  11. Damon tells Elena that Stefan is still drinking human blood. He tells her about Stefan's horde of stolen blood. And he is worried about Stefan losing control
  12. Jeremy is trying to make up with Anna
  13. Elena confronts Stefan but he acts all unconcerned about the whole thing saying he has it under control
  14. Jeremy is angry at Elena for keeping things from him
  15. Stefan kidnaps Amber, one of the Miss Mystic Falls participants, and he is flipping out about Elena finding out about everything and he is debating about killing Amber
  16. Damon escorts and dances with Elena instead because Stefan doesn't show up^^
  17. Stefan bites Amber but does not kill her
  18. Caroline wins Miss Mystic Falls
  19. Damon and Elena go to find Stefan and Bonnie , after overhearing them, follows them. When they find Stefan they beg him to stop but he won't so Bonnie uses her magic to subdue him
  20. Bonnie is pushing Elena away so Elena doesn't have to choose between her and Stefan
  21. John finds out Pearl is Anna's mother
  22. Pearl gives Damon the device she took from Jonathan but she has no idea what it does
  23. Elena tells Stefan she is not afraid of him and he freaks out. But she comforts him and then stabs him with some vampire subduing shot thing that knocks him out
  24. Damon and Elena lock Stefan up so they can dry him out. (I'm guessing.) Elena refuses to leave him so Damon sits down next to her
I HATE BONNIE. With a passion. And to be entirely honest with you I don't completely understand her hatred right now. I mean her not liking Damon makes sense--no one likes him that much at this point. (except for me) And he was the one who wanted to open the tomb. So that makes sense. But Stefan!?!? She was the one who pushed her grandma to completely drop the seal after Stefan went in so at the very least she should put the blame on herself. If she is going to blame Stefan she has to take part of the blame. Stefan never asked her to do it and he understood the consequences so I really don't see how it is his fault at all. And yet here she is creating drama for absolutely NO REASON. I actually see no correlation here. And she refuses to talk to Elena at all because of the whole "I don't want to make you choose." What a friend. I honestly just don't understand. Jeremy is no better in this. We see less of him which is great but he is still acting like such a brat. Well he is still acting like a brat kid. I don't hate Jeremy as much as Bonnie right now but I think that he is annoying as all heck. At least he has dropped the whole turning into a vampire thing. And Anna would definitely not change him at this point. It is the small things in life. All of that aside though this is actually one of my favorite episodes in the whole series. And yes it is mostly because of the Damon and Elena moments. And I love Damon in this episode. There were two Damon and Elena moments that I adored in this episode. The first is obviously the Miss Mystic Falls dance. The romantic tension is so high and I was swooning so hard. The second one is at the end of the episode (#24 in my plot list) where Stefan is locked up in the cellar in the basement and Damon asks something like "Are you coming?" to Elena and she's like "No I'm gonna stay here." And then he sits down with her. I just think it is super sweet. 

Here is a quote from Damon when he tells Elena about Stefan's problem, "He spent all of this time fighting it, when he should have been learning to control it."

Season 2 Episode 10: The Sacrifice Content Warning: Violence (People's hearts are ripped out), Innuendo (implied sex), Language This episode is aptly named. Not the most depressing I've seen but well... you'll see: Luka's Dad steals some stuff from Elena's room Alaric and Jenna are progressing nicely Stefan and Damon are planning to steal the moonstone from Katherine. Elena isn't fond of that plan because she doesn't want to incur the wrath of Klaus so she wants to give herself up instead. Bonnie and Luka are bonding...ugh. Season 2 Episode 1: The Return Content Warning: Language, Innuendo, Violence,  Here we are at another season. And it sure does start out with a bang: Elena is able to save John and get him to a hospital Damon brings up the kiss to Elena and quickly finds out that it was Katherine not Elena Stefan tells John he has to leave or Stefan will turn him into a vampire Mason Lockwood who is Tyler's Uncle who showed up for the funeral Katherine shows up at the after event for the funeral pretending to be Elena Bonnie threatens Damon using her powers Bonnie tries to threaten Katherine but it doesn't work and Stefan has to save Bonnie Katherine tells Stefan she came back for him Katherine tells Damon (after a heavy make out session) that she never loved him and always preferred Stefan Damon goes to Elena's room and does some serious "we have a connection" stuff.
