Season 1 Episode 11: Bloodlines

  1. Damon finds and saves Elena then he takes her to Georgia to meet with his witch friend, Bree
  2. Stefan tries to get Bonnie to help him find Elena but it doesn't work because her powers are off (her grandma thinks that it is because of fear)
  3. Alaric came to apparently hunt vampires
  4. Jeremy meets a girl named Anna
  5. Also Elena DOES NOT have her necklace with her. She left it with Stefan when she ran off
  6. Damon and Elena have some "bonding."
  7. Anna hints about vampires being around in the 1860's
  8. Stefan saves Bonnie after she falls into a pit, trying to face her fears. She could feel the presence of the vampires sealed in the tomb
  9. Anna's ancestor wrote similar journals as Jeremy's ancestor
  10. Someone kidnaps Elena and then tries to kidnap Damon. Damon killed the guy's girlfriend who was Lexi
  11. Apparently Stefan and Bonnie's grandma knew each other back in the 1960's
  12. Damon kills Bree
  13. Stefan and Elena met when her parents died. And he saved her. And Stefan made sure she was nothing like Katherine before he approached her
  14. Elena was ADOPTED which means she  could be related to Katherine
  15. Anna and Jeremy discuss the periodic animal attacks for the past 75 years. She thinks its because of vampires
  16. Stefan tells Elena he loves her and apparently she forgives him because they kiss and hug
  17. Damon apparently killed Alaric's wife
This is the first episode that Damon and Elena get to spend some time together. Personally, I love their scenes because of the chemistry you can feel between them. There were so many great parts in this episode that warmed my fangirl soul. And she needed that break away from Stefan to be able to move past the initial feelings about everything. But all of my personal feeling about the two of them aside, Damon went to Georgia to meet with Bree who is a witch as well as an ex girlfriend. We also end up finding out that Bree worked together with Lexi's boyfriend to try to kill Damon. Since Damon is my favorite character I automatically dislike the both of them because, unfortunately, I am incredibly loyal. I loved Lexi but I just think the two of them using Elena to lure Damon in and then brutally killing him in front of her is cruel. Maybe he did deserve to die for what he did but they should have at least considered her. But I digress. He ended up killing Bree anyway so I guess that's all over. The other big information we get is Elena is ADOPTED. Which explains a little as to why she and Katherine look the same. Oh and we can't forget that Stefan was the one who saved Elena from the car crash that killed her parents. That's how he got to meet her in the first place and...studied her to make sure she wasn't like Katherine. Honestly, the way he described it sounded a little bit sketchy but I understood his meaning so that made it a little less...weird and stalkerish. There was a lot of information in this episode and we might have more plot twists if Jeremy figures out about vampires like it seems he is well on his way. Thanks to a certain girl. I almost forgot! Apparently Damon killed Alaric's wife so I'm guessing he is here for revenge. I love Damon but come on! Calm down on the killing cause everyone is after you!

Season 2 Episode 10: The Sacrifice Content Warning: Violence (People's hearts are ripped out), Innuendo (implied sex), Language This episode is aptly named. Not the most depressing I've seen but well... you'll see: Luka's Dad steals some stuff from Elena's room Alaric and Jenna are progressing nicely Stefan and Damon are planning to steal the moonstone from Katherine. Elena isn't fond of that plan because she doesn't want to incur the wrath of Klaus so she wants to give herself up instead. Bonnie and Luka are bonding...ugh. Season 2 Episode 1: The Return Content Warning: Language, Innuendo, Violence,  Here we are at another season. And it sure does start out with a bang: Elena is able to save John and get him to a hospital Damon brings up the kiss to Elena and quickly finds out that it was Katherine not Elena Stefan tells John he has to leave or Stefan will turn him into a vampire Mason Lockwood who is Tyler's Uncle who showed up for the funeral Katherine shows up at the after event for the funeral pretending to be Elena Bonnie threatens Damon using her powers Bonnie tries to threaten Katherine but it doesn't work and Stefan has to save Bonnie Katherine tells Stefan she came back for him Katherine tells Damon (after a heavy make out session) that she never loved him and always preferred Stefan Damon goes to Elena's room and does some serious "we have a connection" stuff.
