Season 1 Episode 7: Haunted

  1. Vicki tried to attack Tyler but Damon and Stefan stopped her
  2. Damon has the watch that Logan used to track vampires
  3. Stefan is doing his best to help Vicki adjust but she is a hard pupil
  4. Bonnie and her grandma talk about more witch stuff
  5. Damon overhears members of the founders council talking about vampires
  6. Damon does a little teaching of his own with Vicki which does not turn out so well
  7. Jeremy has a pity party about not being with Vicki
  8. Damon gets some information from Carol Lockwood about the founders council and hints to her that he knows about vampires
  9. Damon tries to take the crystal that Bonnie now has but it burns him (the crystal he took at the founders party)
  10. Vicki gets killed
  11. The crystal originally belonged to one of Bonnie's ancestors
  12. Jeremy is heartbroken about Vicki's death so Elena has Damon to compel him to forget
Vicki is officially dead. There has been so many times since the beginning of the show that you'd think Vicki died. But she didn't. But now it is official. Whether you're happy or sad this is a huge plot point for the story. Elena is face to face with what being around vampires is really like. And because of Vicki's death she lets Damon compel Jeremy to forget everything that happened. Which I agree is a smart idea and it brings about a little question of why Damon agreed to do it in the first place. But he also seems very driven in this episode to get involved with the founders council. Which makes you wonder what exactly his end game is, what exactly this gives him. 

Here is a quote Stefan says to Vicki that I absolutely loved, "We choose our own path. Our values and our actions, they define who we are."

Season 1 Episode 2: The Night of the Comet  Content Warning: Drug Use, Violence, Language, Kissing, Brief Sexual Scene at the end Hello Again! Slowly but surely I just finished the second episode. Season 2 Episode 10: The Sacrifice Content Warning: Violence (People's hearts are ripped out), Innuendo (implied sex), Language This episode is aptly named. Not the most depressing I've seen but well... you'll see: Luka's Dad steals some stuff from Elena's room Alaric and Jenna are progressing nicely Stefan and Damon are planning to steal the moonstone from Katherine. Elena isn't fond of that plan because she doesn't want to incur the wrath of Klaus so she wants to give herself up instead. Bonnie and Luka are bonding...ugh. Season 2 Episode 1: The Return Content Warning: Language, Innuendo, Violence,  Here we are at another season. And it sure does start out with a bang: Elena is able to save John and get him to a hospital Damon brings up the kiss to Elena and quickly finds out that it was Katherine not Elena Stefan tells John he has to leave or Stefan will turn him into a vampire Mason Lockwood who is Tyler's Uncle who showed up for the funeral Katherine shows up at the after event for the funeral pretending to be Elena Bonnie threatens Damon using her powers Bonnie tries to threaten Katherine but it doesn't work and Stefan has to save Bonnie Katherine tells Stefan she came back for him Katherine tells Damon (after a heavy make out session) that she never loved him and always preferred Stefan Damon goes to Elena's room and does some serious "we have a connection" stuff.
